Daedo City Elite League (DCEL)

The Daedo City Elite League (DCEL) is an Indonesian professional football league based in Daedo City, West Java. Founded in 2026, the league serves as the top football competition in Daedo City and operates independently from the Indonesian domestic football pyramid. History

The Daedo City Elite League (DCEL) was founded in 2026 in Daedo City, West Java, as an independent professional football league aimed at developing modern football culture within the city. The competition was established outside the Indonesian domestic football pyramid and focuses on professional clubs, university football, and youth academy development.

The inaugural season featured six founding clubs:

Competition Format

League System

DCEL uses a double round-robin format in which every club plays each other twice:

One home match
One away match


With six clubs in the competition, each team plays a total of 10 regular season matches.

Points System

Win = 3 points
Draw = 1 point
Loss = 0 points


League Rankings

Clubs are ranked according to:

1. Total points
2. Goal difference
3. Goals scored
4. Head-to-head record


Championship Final

The top two clubs at the end of the regular season qualify for the DCEL Final, a single-match championship game that determines the league champion.

Video Assistant Referee (VAR)

DCEL uses the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system in selected matches and the league final to assist referees with key match decisions.

DAEDO SPORTS CENTER

The DAEDO SPORTS CENTER is the primary stadium of the Daedo City Elite League (DCEL) located in Daedo City, West Java. The stadium has a capacity of 52,000 spectators and hosts major league matches, derby fixtures, and the DCEL Final.

National University of Daedo Field

National University of Daedo Field is a university football venue primarily used by University of Daedo FC. The stadium has a capacity of 18,500 and serves as a center for university football and sporting events in Daedo City.

DCFA Wellness Park

DCFA Wellness Park is the home and training complex of Daedo City Football Academy (DCFA). The facility has a capacity of 12,000 and focuses on youth football development, academy competitions, and training programs.

Foreign players

2026–present: 9 foreign players and 5 dual citizenship/heritage players are allowed in the squad, with a maximum of 5 foreign players on the field and dual citizenship/heritage players on the field.
