History
Kechilärohi Mosque was built in response to the needs of the people of Cikutaramereh for a closer and more accessible place of worship. In its early development, the local community used a simple building as a place for congregational prayers before it eventually developed into a permanent mosque.
During its construction, the community chose a simple Turkic–Central Asian architectural style because it was considered:
in line with principles of simplicity and functionality
easy to build using local materials
able to provide a calm and modest atmosphere
suitable for the needs of a community mosque
After completion, Kechilärohi Mosque became the main religious center in the area, including congregational prayers, Quran study sessions, and local social activities.
Over time, the mosque also developed into a local landmark in Cikutaramereh and became an important part of social life in Daedo City.
