Origins: Rayhan Thoriqurohman Football Academy (2016–2026)

The foundation of the club began with the establishment of the Rayhan Thoriqurohman Football Academy in 2016. Over a decade, it developed a structured pathway for young players, gradually building a competitive environment and football culture.

After ten years of academy growth, the organization underwent a major restructuring on 27 April 2026. This transition officially marked its evolution into a professional football club under the new identity of Mitra Daedoyaksa FC.
