Sam Lam Joeng Football Club was officially founded in 2026 in Daedo City, West Java, as part of a new wave of privately organized football institutions aimed at developing a competitive regional league system known as the Daedo City Elite League (DCEL). The club was established by a group of local sports investors and community developers who envisioned a modern football identity for Daedo City that could stand independently from the Indonesian national league structure.

In its early formation stage, Sam Lam Joeng FC focused heavily on infrastructure and organizational stability rather than immediate competitive success. The club’s founders invested in building a strong administrative foundation, youth scouting network, and training philosophy centered on discipline, tactical intelligence, and physical conditioning. The club adopted emerald green, white, and black as its official colors, symbolizing growth, unity, and strength.

The team began training at the DAEDO SPORTS CENTER, which would later become its permanent home ground. With a capacity of 52,000, the stadium was one of the largest sporting venues in Daedo City and quickly became a central hub for local football activity.
